Bleaching
The active component in the product is normally either hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide. This can be applied directly by the dentist (office-type bleaching) or applied by the patients themselves (home-type bleaching).
Bleaching
While the active component is rupturing, oxygen penetrates the tooth enamel, and the tooth color gets lighter. To achieve the maximum bleaching result, we recommend combining both methods during the treatment process. Office-type bleaching can be applied in a 15×3 minute procedure in one session or one week apart in two sessions. Later on, bleaching trays are prepared for patients who want to extend the bleaching time with home-type bleaching based on the measurements taken.
